Client Enrollment Coordinator (Remote)

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Enrollment Coordinator to support our sales team and help ensure a smooth, professional enrollment experience for new clients.

This role works closely with our Closers and plays a key part in helping prospects move from “yes” to officially enrolled.

What You’ll Be Doing
Join sales calls to support the enrollment process when needed
Assist with collecting payments and coordinating financing options
Send and manage custom agreements and enrollment documents
Ensure all enrollment steps are completed accurately and promptly
Communicate clearly with prospects and internal tea ---------- mbers
Keep systems and records organized and up to date

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Friendly, positive, and personable — you bring good energy to interactions
Able to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Reliable with strong follow-through — when something needs to get done, you handle it


Bonus Points If You Have
Experience supporting a high ticket sales team or handling enrollments
Familiarity with CRMs, payment platforms, or online agreements
Experience in remote team environments (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
