ClickUp Specialist – Full Implementation & Maintenance (HR, Commercial, Admin & Finance – Remote)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly specialized ClickUp expert to implement ClickUp from A to Z and provide long-term maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full implementation of ClickUp for commercial, administrative, financial and HR processes
• Set up HR modules: employee management, timesheets, vacation & leave, personnel options and self-service
• Automate currently manual HR, time-tracking and vacation processes
• Configure, customize, train users and deliver ongoing support & improvements
Requirements:
• Proven ClickUp specialist with multiple successful full-cycle implementations
• Deep expertise in ClickUp HR modules (Timesheets, Leave Management, Payroll), Odoo Studio
• Strong knowledge of business processes, especially HR and administration
• Independent, excellent English, available for long-term collaboration
This is a dedicated ClickUp role (not a general ERP or developer position).
