Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:

- Send appointment reminders to clients and cleaners.

Employee Coordination:
- Assist in managing cleaner schedules and availability.
- Ensure proper communication with cleaners regarding job assignments.
- Maintain records of completed jobs and employee performance.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and organize business documents, client files, and contracts.
- Keep track of invoices, payments, and financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing, if needed.
Marketing Support:
- Help with social media management, posts, and client outreach.

General Office Support:

Qualifications:
