JOB OVERVIEW

We are in the final stages of launching a new residential cleaning business in the Phoenix, Arizona, USA market. We are now hiring an Operations & Customer Success Manager to help build and manage daily operations from day one.

This is initially a part-time role (15–25 hours per week) during the launch phase, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position (40 hours per week) as the business scales. The role will follow US business hours (Mountain/Pacific Time).

We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where systems are still being built.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management: Oversee booking flow, scheduling, cleaner dispatch, and general day-to-day logistics.
Contractor Sourcing & Onboarding: Post job ads, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and onboard 1099 cleaning contractors.
Customer Support & Sales: Handle inbound calls, SMS, and web inquiries; convert leads into bookings and support customers through the process.
Dispatch & Scheduling: Assign jobs, manage cleaner calendars, and help optimize routes and daily workflow.
Growth Support: Assist with outbound lead research, basic competitor tracking, and operational reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in operations, customer support, dispatch, or call center environments preferred.
Experience in a cleaning business or home services company is a strong plus.
Familiarity with BookingKoala or similar scheduling/CRM tools is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills (clear, professional English).
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
Comfortable working with cloud-based tools and messaging systems.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls.
