Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow and System Development

Meeting-Driven Execution: Conduct strategic meetings with the business owner to understand goals and challenges, and deliver actionable systems immediately after discussions.
Documentation: Establish a centralized repository of workflows, processes, and SOPs to ensure clarity and accessibility for the entire team.
2. Operational Efficiency and Optimization
Analysis for Efficiency: Conduct regular reviews of team performance and operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Performance Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards in ClickUp to track KPIs, team progress, and project milestones.
Scalability: Implement systems designed to scale with the businesses, ensuring that growth does not compromise efficiency or quality.
