We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Central Operations Planning Coordinator to join our offshore support team. This is a dual-function role providing support across both our National Planning and Central Operations functions.

The role offers excellent development opportunities and exposure to multiple areas of the business. To ensure broad capability and resilience within the team, responsibilities will rotate between Planning and Central Operations on a monthly basis.

Role Overview
The Central Operations Planning Coordinator will provide administrative, planning, and operational support to key functions within SBFM.
The successful candidate will report into the Operations Planning manager (reporting to the Central Planning Manager)
This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, confidence working with data, confidence working with bespoke systems supported by training, and the ability to follow structured processes accurately.

Planning Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Planning Manager, you will support the planning and scheduling activities for approximately 50 members of SBFM's field management team using our bespoke planning software, Solvares.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately load and maintain work schedules within the Solvares planning system.
• Support forward planning activities to ensure field resources are effectively scheduled.
• Monitor planning data and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
• Provide updates to Recruitment and Account Management teams regarding planned work dates.
• Produce reports on planning activity and field team utilisation.
• Monitor system adoption and usage across the field team.
• Identify planning or system issues and escalate where required.
• Provide basic support and guidance to users experiencing issues with the planning system.
• Maintain planning records and documentation in line with company procedures.

Skills and Experience
Essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to work confidently with information and reports.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow complex processes consistently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different departments.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Desirable
• Previous experience in planning, scheduling, workforce management, or administration.
• Experience using planning or scheduling software systems.
• Experience working within facilities management, field service, logistics, or operational support environments.
• Experience producing reports and analysing operational data.

• Recruitment and operational stakeholders receive timely updates.
• Operational inboxes and administration tasks are completed within agreed service levels.
• System usage and adoption are actively monitored and improved.
• Stakeholders receive professional, responsive, and accurate support.
• will comprise of a week of 1:1 training
