This role is best for someone who is detail oriented, accurate, organized, and comfortable working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. We care more about getting things right than rushing. Small details matter: spelling, dates, checkboxes, names,

California real estate experience is ideal. Experience with MLS, CAR forms, Follow Up Boss, Google Workspace, SkySlope, DocuSign, AuthentiSign, Glide, ZipForms, or Trello is helpful.
During training, we will review your work closely and help you learn our systems. You should be comfortable keeping a simple task list, asking questions early, communicating clearly, and learning from corrections. Please do not guess if something is unclear.
