Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Virtual Assistant with excellent communication and sales skills to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed professionally and effectively. Your primary goal is to convert inquiries into customers while managing administrative tasks and assisting the business owner as needed. This role is for a home service business, and you will be provided with scripts and resources to guide your conversations.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relations & Sales:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Use provided scripts to confidently explain our services, address concerns, and highlight benefits.
Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into sales.
Handle objections effectively and close sales with confidence.
Administrative Support:
Input customer details and call notes accurately into our system.
Assist with data entry, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Task Management:
Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks promptly.
Support the business owner with various ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or virtual assistance. Experience in a home service industry is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong sales ability and persuasive communication style.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using office tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and CRM systems.

Technical Requirements:
