Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Office Manager
Work Hours: 1:00 AM – 8:00 AM Manila Time
Call Volume: 3–4 inbound calls per hour
Role Summary
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented female candidate to serve as a Customer Service Representative and Office Manager. This role involves handling inbound calls, preparing quotes, managing CRM data, invoicing, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer 3–4 inbound calls per hour and address customer inquiries
Prepare and send quotes (approximately 70% for new customers, 30% for existing)
Maintain and organize the CRM with accurate and up-to-date information
Handle invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping
Track and manage sales leads, including follow-ups
Monitor and respond to
Assist with phone tree setup and routing (1: Existing, 2: New, 3: Accounting)
Requirements
Quick-thinking, tech-savvy, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Prior experience with CRM systems, invoicing tools, and sales coordination
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
