Goldman Lawyers, an innovative law firm with offices in Australia, is seeking a CRM-focused Virtual Assistant to enhance our client management and operational efficiency. This remote role is perfect for someone skilled in CRM systems, client communication, and legal administrative support.

About the Role
You will be responsible for:

Managing and optimizing our CRM system (training provided if needed) to ensure seamless client interactions.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, tracking case progress, and ensuring compliance.

Handling client onboarding, follow-ups, and communication to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Assisting with legal document preparation, filings, and case management as needed.

Coordinating schedules, deadlines, and meetings for the legal team.

Supporting data integrity and quality assurance in all CRM-related processes.

Generating reports on client interactions, case statuses, and key metrics.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with CRM software (e.g., ZOHO CRM or similar) or a willingness to learn.

A background in legal administration, client support, or paralegal work (preferred but not required).

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication for professional client interactions.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

The ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements
A reliable computer (Windows 10/Office 365, 8GB RAM, Intel i5 or higher).

High-speed internet and a noise-canceling headset.

A dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
