We're a football content brand producing podcasts and casual football content. We need a reliable Admin VA who can help us stay organized, dig into research, and help us connect with the right people through brand partnerships and collaborations within the football community.

What You'll Be Doing
Researching sponsors, brands, and potential partners for the channel
Sending outreach emails and DMs to start conversations and get responses
Following up on leads and helping manage ongoing communications
Researching tools, software, and opportunities that can help the team move faster
Handling general admin tasks like emails, messaging, and keeping things organized behind the scenes

Who We're Looking For
You're detail-oriented and thorough. You find answers, not just results.
You write clearly and professionally, whether it's an email or a simple follow-up
You can work independently without needing to be reminded of every task
Experience in admin or VA work is a plus but not required. What matters most is your attitude and work ethic.
A genuine interest in football is a bonus. Experience with brand outreach and collaborations is a huge plus.

Work Schedule
Remote, full-time, Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PH Time (Flexible as needed).
