Virtual Assistant (PH-Based) – U.S. Junk Removal Company
Full-Time | Remote | Work U.S. Hours
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support daily operations for a fast-growing junk removal company in the United States. NO PHONE CALL REQUIRED HOWEVER, INTERNAL PHONE CALLS AND TEXTING WILL APPLY
Responsibilities:
Track COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and calculate Revenue Per Hour (RPH)
Assist with bi-weekly payroll prep and processing
Support scheduling and crew coordination-CHECKING PROGRESS via our software-THIS IS THE MAIN SUPPORT WERE LOOKING FOR- we only have about 30 jobs a day and it goes pretty smooth but a few times a day we cut it close.
Perform data entry and help maintain reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Communicate effectively with our internal team to flag issues or delays
Help refine systems and bring insights from past experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience with a service-based business A MUST (junk removal, moving, cleaning, or similar preferred)
Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, with confidence in using formulas
Great attention to detail — you love clean data and accurate numbers the subject line please write ready. Attention to detail is a must.
Reliable internet and tech setup
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Available to work full-time on U.S. Central Time (CST) hours
? Bonus Points:
Experience with payroll systems, job tracking software, or Service Fusion / Workiz
Understanding of basic U.S. accounting terms (COGS, margin, labor cost)
