BACKEND WIRELESS TELECOM SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Full-time | Work From Home | US Company (Colorado)

We are a well-established US Telecom Support Company looking for an experienced Filipino virtual professional to join our remote backend operations team.

This is a LONG-TERM, FULL-TIME, WORK FROM HOME position with a stable US company that has been in the wireless telecom industry for over two decades.

IMPORTANT: This is a BACKEND / BACK-OFFICE role, NOT a call center or helpdesk position. We need someone who has actually worked within US wireless carrier systems and knows how these accounts operate from the inside.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Process wireless service requests through US carrier portals: AT&T Premier, Verizon Business, T-Mobile, Sprint Business, and similar platforms
- Handle line activations, suspensions, device upgrades, replacements, and feature changes
- Manage and resolve back-office tickets using ZOHO Desk, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Support multiple enterprise client accounts learn their configurations and service needs
- Coordinate with US-based account managers on monthly reviews and quarterly audits
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all tasks are completed within SLA timelines
- Escalate cases when needed and support teammates with overflow

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

? Must have direct experience working within or supporting a US wireless telco (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint) — BPO accounts servicing US carriers also qualify
? Must have hands-on experience with US carrier portals and back-office processes
? Must be proficient in English (written) — business correspondence and ticket documentation
? Must have experience with a ticketing or case management system
? Must be available to work US Business hours (Mon–Fri night shift)
? Must have stable internet (min. 25 Mbps) and a dedicated WFH setup

NICE TO HAVE:

- College degree (not required if experience is strong)
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with managed mobility or enterprise wireless accounts

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday | US Business Hours (approx. 9 PM – 7 AM PHT)
SETUP: 100% Work From Home
