About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automation and AI Expert who can build real, working systems — not just basic zaps or simple workflows.

This is a specialist role for someone with strong hands-on experience in workflow automation, Airtable, API integrations, and AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.

We primarily use ---------- , but we are open to applicants with advanced Zapier or similar automation platform experience, as long as you can adapt quickly.

This role is not for beginners. We need someone who has already built complex, multi-step automation workflows in a live business or client environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will help design, build, test, and maintain automation systems for internal and client projects.

This may include:

Building complex ---------- or Zapier workflows
Setting up routers, filters, iterators, aggregators, webhooks, and error handling
Connecting Airtable to live automation pipelines
Working with REST APIs, HTTP modules, OAuth 2.0, API keys, and Bearer tokens
Creating AI workflows using Claude and ChatGPT
Designing structured prompts that produce consistent outputs
Connecting AI outputs into tools like Airtable, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other platforms
Reading API documentation and building integrations independently
Troubleshooting failed automations, mapping issues, and authentication errors
Documenting systems clearly so another person can maintain them

Required Experience

You must have strong experience with at least one of the following:

Similar advanced workflow automation platforms

You should also have experience or strong working knowledge of:

Airtable bases, fields, views, forms, automations, and interfaces
REST API integrations
HTTP modules
OAuth 2.0 authentication
Webhooks
Claude and ChatGPT workflows
Prompt engineering
Error handling and automation troubleshooting
Documentation and SOP creation

Can build complex workflows without needing step-by-step guidance
Are confident reading unfamiliar API documentation
Can troubleshoot using logs and testing, not guesswork
Communicate clearly and proactively
Document your work properly
Care about building clean, reliable, scalable systems
Can work independently in a remote setup
