Automation & Database Builder (Experience: AirTable, n8n, Zapier, make.com)

# Are You the Right Fit?
We're looking for a no-code systems integrator to help us migrate our supply chain operations from Google Sheets to a new tool stack (Baserow + n8n + Metabase). You should be:
- Experienced with Airtable or Baserow, and know how to structure relational databases
- Comfortable with automation tools like n8n, Upgrade to see actual info, or Zapier
- Able to work independently, move fast, and figure things out
- Good at understanding business processes and translating them into logic
- Fluent in English and comfortable working async with a global team
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and not afraid of complex workflows

We don’t need a full-stack dev — we need a hands-on builder who knows how to connect tools, build clean data flows, and structure systems that work long-term.

# About Us
We're a successful German eCommerce company, generating €9M in revenue in 2024 across Amazon EU and D2C channels. We’re in the process of replacing a messy Google Sheets setup (15+ files, 200k+ rows) with a structured internal system that can automate forecasts, inventory planning, and reporting.

Our team is international, small, and efficient. We value clarity, ownership, and honest communication. You’ll work alongside a data-savvy project lead who knows the data and logic — your job is to build what she designs and keep it clean and running.

# Your Key Responsibilities
- Set up relational databases in Baserow
- Build automations in n8n to ingest CSV files, process logic, and trigger workflows
- Structure data for clean dashboards in Metabase (or help prepare it for others)
- Implement workflows like sales forecast to inventory planning ? reorder recommendation
- Keep systems lightweight, maintainable, and easy for non-technical users to understand
