We're looking for a VERY proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our growing marketing agency full-time.

This is not an administrative assistant role.

You'll work directly with leadership to help keep client projects organized, moving forward, and delivered on time. You'll coordinate with internal tea ---------- mbers, communicate with clients, manage timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

At least 5 years of Project Management, Account Management, Operations, or similar experience
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Able to work Central Standard Time (Chicago, US)
Extremely proactive and responsive without needing constant direction
Comfortable communicating with both clients and internal tea ---------- mbers
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment

Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple client projects from kickoff through completion
Keep project timelines updated and ensure deadlines are met
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track action items
Follow up with tea ---------- mbers to keep projects moving forward
Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Create and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and workflows
Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays early and proactively recommend solutions
Help improve internal processes and project management systems
Assist leadership with project planning, prioritization, and resource coordination
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before client delivery

Requirements
Proven experience managing projects in a marketing agency, digital agency, or similar environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Excellent follow-through and accountability
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a team
Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Available full-time during Central Time business hours

Marketing knowledge is a plus, but project management and organizational skills are far more important.
