Position Overview
This is not a sales position.
This is not a customer service position.
Your primary responsibility is responding to incoming leads quickly and professionally, answering basic questions, and scheduling qualified homeowners for inspections. Many of our leads come from highly competitive platforms. Speed matters.
The faster we respond, the more opportunities we have to help homeowners.
You will be responsible for:
Answering incoming business calls
Responding to
Responding to Google leads
Responding to website inquiries
Responding to Angi leads
Contacting Roofr estimate leads immediately
Scheduling appointments
Updating lead information in our CRM
Representing Linnway Roofing & Construction professionally
What We Are Looking For Required:
Fluent English
Professional and friendly phone voice
Neutral or American-sounding accent
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet workspace
Strong computer skills
Ability to follow instructions
