Position Summary:

We’re seeking a resourceful and proactive All-Round Technical Specialist to support our team with day-to-day technical needs. You will work closely with our operations and creative teams to set up and maintain various automations, integrations, and web functionalities. From building dynamic workflows in Zapier to implementing eye-catching animations in Figma, you’ll be our go-to person whenever a technical challenge arises.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Systems Integration & Automation
• Create, optimize, and maintain workflows between Notion, Slack, Zapier, and other tools.
• Develop custom automations to support product listing workflows and real-time Slack notifications.
2. Notion & Slack Management
• Organize and refine our Notion databases for improved efficiency in product listing and team collaboration.
• Configure Slack channels, bots, and alerts for smooth internal communication.
3. Web Development & Shopify Maintenance
• Assist in coding tasks for Shopify themes, ensuring mobile responsiveness and optimized performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, layout issues, and other technical problems on our Shopify storefront.
4. Figma Design & Animations
• Work with our design team to create or refine animated elements for marketing materials, landing pages, and more.
• Collaborate on UI/UX improvements to enhance user engagement.
5. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Serve as the first point of contact for any IT or systems issues, providing quick and efficient solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on platform updates and potential system conflicts to prevent downtime.
6. Collaboration & Project Ownership
• Communicate regularly with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to clarify needs and ensure timely delivery of technical requirements.
• Advise on best practices, potential automations, and software improvements to streamline the team’s workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using and integrating Slack, Notion, Zapier, and Shopify.
• Coding Skills: Solid understanding of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with Shopify Liquid templating.
• Design & Animation: Experience working with Figma for design and animations.
• Automation: Proven track record of creating workflows using Zapier or other automation tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on efficiency and user experience.
• Communication: Clear and concise communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Adaptability: Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate closely with operations, design, and marketing teams.
