Airbnb Virtual Assistant (Experienced Only)
We are seeking a highly experienced Airbnb Virtual Assistant to join our growing short-term rental business. This role is for someone who already has hands-on experience managing vacation rental operations and can confidently navigate multiple booking platforms without basic training.
This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently create and improve systems.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience managing Airbnb and short-term rental operations
Must have experience using:
Airbnb
VRBO
Booking.com
Hospitable / Hostaway / Guesty / Quo or similar PMS/channel management systems
Excel or Google Sheets
Strong understanding of:
Listing optimization
Pricing management
Calendar synchronization
Guest communication
Resolution center claims
Cleaning coordination
Maintenance coordination
Review management
Ability to create systems, SOPs, workflows, and operational processes independently
Expert-level English (written and verbal) required
Comfortable handling guest phone calls and troubleshooting guest issues in real time
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment required
Important
Basic training will NOT be provided for platform navigation
Candidates will be tested on the first day on their ability to navigate Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, PMS systems, and spreadsheets efficiently
This role is only suitable for applicants already familiar with the short-term rental industry
Responsibilities
Respond to guest inquiries quickly and professionally
Handle guest issues, complaints, and troubleshooting calls
Coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and turnovers
Optimize listings, pricing, and occupancy
Monitor reservations, calendars, and platform messaging
Create operational systems and improve efficiency
Maintain high guest satisfaction and review scores
