About Generation Wellness:
Generation Wellness equips schools with simple, neuroscience-based tools to improve well-being, emotional regulation, and connection. Our mission is to make wellness an integral part of the learning experience, supporting educators and students in thriving—both in school and life.

We are looking for two highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive virtual assistants to join our team. If you love structure, efficiency, and growing with a purpose-driven company for the long-term, this role is for you!

Position Details:
- Remote Position (Work from Home)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM PST (Must be available for the full shift)
- Pay: $5/hour, paid every Friday via Wise
- Start: 15 hours/week with potential for full-time

Who You Are:
- A highly detailed and reliable professional who takes ownership of tasks and gets them right the first time.
- A clear communicator with excellent English skills (both written and verbal).
- A problem-solver who can handle multiple tasks at once while staying organized.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems quickly.
- Punctual, proactive, and thrives in a structured remote work environment.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Must be available for the full shift (This is NOT freelance work—you must clock in and work during scheduled hours).
- Previous experience as an Administrative Virtual Assistant.
- Strong Google Suite skills (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with project management, customer service, and process improvement.

Preferred Experience (Not Required, but a Plus!):
- Proficiency in HelpScout, Kajabi, or similar email platforms.
- Experience with invoicing and proposals (HoneyBook preferred).
- Scheduling expertise in Google Calendar and HoneyBook.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets (creating/editing).
- Familiarity with Zoom, Loom, and Voxer for communication with CEO.
- Experience using Notion or similar project management tools.
- Website management (Kajabi preferred).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram for business tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox Management: Respond to emails and customer inquiries following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Scheduling: Book meetings, set reminders, and keep calendars organized.
- Client Support: Listen to call recordings, take detailed notes, and highlight action items.
- Invoicing & Contracts: Create proposals, invoices, and agreements for clients.
- Marketing Support: Assist in social media management, marketing campaigns, and website updates.
- SOP Management: Continuously update and organize SOP documentation.
- Customer Service: Provide timely, professional responses via email and social media.
- Proposal Writing: Draft proposals for conferences and training opportunities.
