B&B Nexus is seeking a highly organised and professional Administration Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position supporting our recruitment, payroll, and client service operations.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including communicating with workers and clients, managing onboarding documentation, assisting with payroll processing, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls and respond to
Make outbound calls to candidates, employees, clients, and referees
Assist with employee onboarding and compliance documentation
Process timesheets and support weekly payroll activities
Prepare invoices and assist with accounts administration
Maintain accurate records in Xero and internal systems
Schedule interviews and coordinate worker placements
Follow up outstanding documents and employee information
Provide general administrative support to the management team
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable making and receiving phone calls daily
Confident communicating with clients and employees
Previous administration, customer service, recruitment, or payroll experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
Experience using Xero is highly desirable
Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) preferred
