We are looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help systematize administrative and financial tasks. Please use 5 (AP) Apply points to apply!
Responsibilities:
-Streamline routine admin and financial tasks.
-Manage communication via voice notes, texts, and messages, adapting to fast-paced style.
-Create and update SOPs based on Client's instructions.
-Proactively suggest ideas for improving efficiency and growth.
-Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to adapt to voice-based communication.
-Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
-Experience with admin tasks, including financial management and scheduling.
-Familiarity with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
This is a Part-time position
This is EST (Eastern time) schedule.
