WE'RE HIRING: Accounts Assistant
LOCATION: Remote (Philippines VA Hub - Work from Home)
WORKING HOURS: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Australian Central Time)

We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Assistant to join our remote hub in the Philippines. You’ll be part of a supportive team of 20+ professionals, working collaboratively to provide outstanding administrative and financial support.
This role will support our Accounts Leader based in Australia, focusing on accounts management and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, banking, invoicing, and accounts reconciliation.
This is a full-time role requiring full dedication, and candidates should be prepared to focus entirely on this position without other work commitments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with banking transactions and reconciliations.
- Create and update invoices and invoice summaries.
- Conduct accounts reconciliation and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Assist during financial audits, month-end, and year-end closing procedures.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in Xero and Google Apps.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Full-time availability with no other work commitments.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to South Australian business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ACST).
