Digital Flo is a fast-growing AI automation agency specializing in building custom AI systems that help service-based businesses scale through intelligent client acquisition, lead management, and automation. We focus on deploying AI agents that generate, nurture, qualify, and book appointments using both text and voice automation.
We’re now looking to bring on a highly technical and creative AI Voice Developer to help us build and manage world-class voice agents using platforms like SynthFlow.ai, SimpleTalk.ai, and Vapi.ai, with an emphasis on SynthFlow.

Role Summary
As a Tech Associate (AI Voice Developer), you will work closely with our tech leads and project managers to ideate, build, and maintain high-performing AI voice agents. You will be responsible for bringing voice agents to life for client-facing workflows and internal automations that are integrated into our AI Flo system.
This role requires someone who deeply understands conversation design, prompt engineering, and has experience using leading AI voice tools—especially SynthFlow.

Key Responsibilities
• Voice Agent Development:
Design, develop, and deploy AI voice agents using SynthFlow and similar platforms to handle appointment booking, lead qualification, reactivation, and customer service.
• Prompt Engineering & Flow Mapping:
Develop natural, human-like AI prompts and logic-based workflows for voice conversations, tailored to each client’s brand and industry.
• Tool Integration:
Connect voice agents with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Digital Flo CRM), webhooks, Zapier, or
• Testing & Optimization:
Conduct functional testing of call flows, implement fallback logic, fine-tune voice tone and phrasing, and optimize for conversion and retention.
• Client-Specific Personalization:
Name and brand each AI agent according to the client’s voice and company identity (e.g. “Ashley the Customer Service Rep”), and customize their speech behavior accordingly.
• Collaboration:
Work closely with CSMs, Project Managers, and the Operations team to ensure timely delivery, system alignment, and quality assurance.
• Documentation & Maintenance:
Create documentation for each AI voice build and assist in ongoing updates, performance reports, and revisions.

Requirements
• Proficiency in SynthFlow.ai (required), and familiarity with Vapi, SimpleTalk, or similar platforms
• Experience designing and building AI-powered voice bots and call flows
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, branching logic, and multi-turn conversation flows
• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel or other CRM platforms
• Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and automation platforms like
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Keen eye for conversational nuance, human tone, and emotional intelligence in AI conversations
• Ability to manage multiple buildouts, meet tight deadlines, and follow internal SOPs

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience in AI agent persona building and tonality scripting
• Prior experience in a fast-paced agency or SaaS environment
• Ability to create Loom walkthroughs and documentation
• Basic frontend knowledge or chatbot UI experience
