AI Forward Operations Integrator

We are looking for a Systems Architect who speaks the language of both Business Operations and Artificial Intelligence. We don't just want someone to manage our current "engine"—we want someone to supercharge it using AI-driven workflows and high-level integration strategies.

This isn't a "virtual assistant" role. This is a Second-in-Command position for a tech-obsessed operator who knows how to bridge the gap between a CEO’s vision and a fully automated, scalable reality.

What You'll Do
AI Implementation: Identify opportunities to replace manual "drudge work" with AI agents, LLM-driven workflows, and automated data processing.
Systems Architecture: Audit our "organized chaos." You won't just follow SOPs; you will build a Dynamic Knowledge Base that evolves with the company.
Operational Control: You are the "Filter" for the CEO. You translate high-level strategy into automated project milestones and team accountability.
The Data Scorecard: Build real-time dashboards. You own the KPIs (Profitability, Lead Velocity, Capacity) and ensure we make decisions based on live data, not last week's guesses.
Advanced Automation: You aren't just using tools; you are connecting them. Expert-level management of our tech stack (CRMs, G-Suite) with a heavy emphasis on ---------- connectivity.

Who You Are
Proven experience in a senior operations or integrator role is required—this is not an entry-level or assistant position. (added)
The "Integrator" DNA: 3+ years in high-level Ops or as a Fractional COO. You thrive as the "How" to a Visionary’s "What."
AI Literacy: You are proficient in leveraging LLMs (ChatGPT/Claude) for process documentation, content workflows, and data analysis. You know how to prompt for business efficiency.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level CRM experience (Housecall Pro is a major plus). You understand API logic and how data moves between platforms.
Automation Mindset: You have a physical allergy to repetitive tasks. If it’s done twice, you automate it.
Radical Accountability: You don't wait for a to-do list. You spot gaps, build the solution, and then report on the success.
PST Alignment: Operating in California time (PST) to ensure real-time "Engine Room" management during core business hours.

This position is designed for experienced integrators only. If you have not previously operated in a high-level operations, integrator, or systems leadership role, this will not be the right fit. We are looking for someone who can build and optimize systems independently—not someone who requires training or task-by-task direction.
