AI Automation & Systems VA/Freelancer

Purpose of the Role:
You will help review, prioritize, test, and build AI automations and no-code workflows for my business. Your job is to turn automation ideas into clear workflows, recommend the right tools, build small proof-of-concept systems, and document everything with simple written instructions and Loom videos.

Main tasks:
- Review your automation/agent ideas.
- Organize them into an automation backlog.
- Score each idea by ROI, difficulty, risk, and priority.
- Recommend tools: Make, Zapier, Airtable, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Apify, etc.
- Build small proof-of-concept automations in a sandbox.
- Document each build with Loom videos and written SOPs.
- Eventually help connect forms, Airtable, Google Docs, emails, task boards, content workflows, and client report systems.

Required skills:
- Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Airtable and/or Google Sheets
- AI workflow experience
- Clear process documentation
- Ability to explain systems simply
- Experience building real automations, not just talking about them
