AI & Automation Specialist (Zapier, Notion, Dubsado & More)
Location: Remote
Type: Freelance/Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time)

We’re looking for someone sharp, efficient, and automation-obsessed to help us refine and streamline our workflows. If you know Zapier, Notion, and Dubsado like the back of your hand—and you’re all about making things run smoother and smarter—we want to hear from you.

This role is all about taking what we already have, auditing it, improving it, and making sure every automation is working like a well-oiled machine. If you love systematizing chaos and geeking out over efficiency, this is for you.

*Job Responsibilities:

- Audit & Improve AI and Automation Systems – Review our current automation, find what’s broken or inefficient, and make it better.
- Streamline Business Processes – Use Zapier, Notion, and Dubsado to simplify operations and eliminate unnecessary manual tasks.
- Enhance Lead Generation & Email Automation – Implement AI tools to optimize outreach and follow-ups.
- Optimize Integrations – Set up and refine automated workflows between our key platforms.
- Work Across Platforms – Collaborate with our team to make everything work seamlessly across Zapier, Notion, Dubsado, Slack, Google Drive, and Gmail.

*What We’re Looking For

- Zapier, Notion & Dubsado Pro – You should be able to set up, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations without breaking a sweat.
-Automation-Focused Mindset – You don’t just set up workflows—you improve them. You’re always thinking about how to work smarter, not harder.
-AI & Lead Gen Experience – Familiarity with AI-driven email automation, CRM tools, and ways to make outreach more effective.
-Problem-Solver Mentality – When you see inefficiencies, you fix them. When you don’t know something, you figure it out.
-Strong Organizational & Communication Skills – You can manage multiple projects, document processes, and keep things running smoothly.
