AI Automation Specialist (Claude + Make.com + No-Code) - Part-Time

**Hours:** 20 hrs/week (part-time, with potential to grow)
**Rate:** $350–$450/month depending on experience
**Location:** Remote | Philippines-based preferred

Satou Agency is a Miami-based PR and personal branding agency. We help startup founders, executives, and tech professionals get featured in top media, land conference speaking spots, and build credibility online. We work with clients across the US, Europe, and India.

We're a small but fast-moving team, and we're now building an AI-powered workflow system to help us work smarter — automating repetitive tasks so we can focus on strategy and client results.

**What You'll Do**

Your main job is to connect our tools and build smart automations using Claude AI + ---------- . No coding required - but you need to know how to think through a workflow logically.

Specific automations you'll build:

**Gmail**
— Auto-sort incoming emails by category (clients / media / conferences)
— Set up follow-up reminders for unanswered media pitches
— Draft reply suggestions in the founder's tone using Claude

**Notion**
— Build a client tracker that updates automatically
— Create a publications log (every media placement recorded)
— Generate weekly client status reports from existing data

**LinkedIn**
— Morning alert: what needs a reply or reaction today
— Draft post suggestions based on a content calendar

**Telegram**
— Daily morning briefing: what came in overnight, what's pending, what needs action
— Alert system: notify when a client's article goes live

You'll also write simple SOPs so our team can use every automation without needing your help.

**Must Have**

- Real hands-on experience with ---------- (please show us examples)

- Comfortable connecting Gmail, Notion, Telegram
- Strong written English
- Reliable internet and self-managed schedule

- Experience working with a marketing, PR, or creative agency
- Familiarity with n8n or Airtable
- Basic knowledge of webhooks and APIs (no coding needed, just understanding)
