We are a mental health company committed to transforming lives through accessible, evidence-based mental health services. We are launching a high-paced, metrics-driven support team to provide seamless administrative and client support to clients, staff and stakeholders. We’re looking for:

1 Administrative/Office Manager

Job Description
We’re looking for motivated, organized, and adaptable professionals who excel in multitasking, customer service, and social marketing. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of tasks, including client outreach, cold calling, social media inquiries, scheduling, and project coordination. You will also serve as the face of the company for clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, including cold-calling community partners.
Manage emails, social media inquiries, appointments, sales and payments professionally and efficiently.
Assist with project management, task coordination, and meeting deadlines.
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
Use CRM tools and Google Workspace to organize and track tasks.
Support marketing initiatives, including creating social media content and outreach.
Adapt to a variety of projects and tasks as needed, showing flexibility and initiative.

Work Hours
Choose one of the following shifts:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST

Required Skills and Qualities:
Fluency in English with a neutral accent.
Able to create professional emails without using ChatGPT
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience in cold calling, client outreach, and customer service.
Familiarity with social media management and marketing.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Go High Level), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and project management software.
Flexible, proactive, and a fast learner with a solution-oriented attitude.
Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and noise-cancelling headphones.
