Job Title: Admin Assistant with Bookkeeping & Payroll Experience
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and
Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks using relevant software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Process payroll, ensuring accurate calculations, deductions, and timely payments
Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
Prepare invoices, track expenses, and manage financial reports
Support data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation
Communicate with vendors, clients, and tea
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and payroll
Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
Excellent communication skills
