Profile Description

Results-driven QA Test Automation Engineer with over 6 years of experience in software quality assurance, specializing in manual and automated testing for enterprise applications. I have been delivering high-quality testing solutions across SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori, SAP Field Service Management (FSM), SAP Business Client, and ServiceNow, supporting critical business processes across integrated enterprise systems.

My experience includes designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts while performing comprehensive manual testing across functional, regression, integration, end-to-end (E2E), and user acceptance testing (UAT). I have tested core SAP ERP modules, including Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and other integrated SAP solutions.

I have hands-on experience with SAP and web application automation using Worksoft Certify, creating reusable automated test assets that improve test coverage and execution efficiency. I also automated Worksoft reporting by integrating REST APIs with Swagger UI, streamlining report generation, test result retrieval, and quality metrics for stakeholders.

My automation experience includes Playwright using TypeScript and JavaScript, Playwright AI for intelligent test automation, and Selenium IDE with Java and Maven. I am experienced in building, maintaining, and enhancing automation frameworks that support reliable and scalable testing.

I work closely with Agile teams to identify, track, triage, validate, and resolve defects, collaborating with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
