I can assist clients with construction estimating, bill of quantities preparation, material quantity takeoff, AutoCAD drafting support, project monitoring reports, inspection reports, Excel-based documentation, and other construction-related administrative tasks.

My background in civil engineering allows me to understand plans, specifications, measurements, site conditions, and construction requirements. I am also familiar with preparing formal reports, findings and recommendations, project documentation, and technical correspondence.

I am proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and other construction-related tools. I am willing to learn new software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Togal.AI, or other estimating platforms required by the client.

I am reliable, hardworking, and easy to communicate with. My goal is to help contractors, engineers, construction companies, and real estate professionals save time by providing accurate, well-organized, and professional support.
