• Experience using Automatiq/Sync platforms
• Strong Google Sheets and Excel skills
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Able to work efficiently during US business hours
• Reliable internet connection and dependable work ethic
• SMP experience (if applicable, you can keep or remove this line)
