I am John Patrick Cambe, a Bachelor of Tourism graduate from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA with a strong passion for travel and tourism. My career in the travel industry began as a Fares and Ticketing Agent at Air France/KLM from 2017 to 2021, where I gained experience in airline reservations, ticketing, and customer service.
From 2021 to 2024, I worked as a Manager at 8drgn Travel and Tours, handling administrative operations, tour planning, and travel coordination. I specialized in organizing study tours and seminars for local government officials both in the Philippines and abroad. This role gave me the opportunity to travel extensively across the Philippines and several Asian countries, strengthening my expertise in travel operations and client management.
Currently, I am working as a Customer Advocate at Amadeus, supporting travel technology products such as Amadeus GDS and Cytric. Alongside my full-time role, I continue taking on freelance and side projects to pursue my passion for helping people create smooth, memorable, and meaningful travel experiences.
