Content Moderator and HR Admin

-Perform end to end recruitment process. -Posting Job vacancies on Jobstreet. -Conducts orientation for newly hired employees prior their deployment -Process Payroll account to the designated bank and it’s requirements

• Social media, Video, Text/Article, Image moderator • Proficient in using EWOQ tool • Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure that it is appropriate for a particular website or platform • Flagging offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content (images, videos, audio and different applications) • Ensuring that all content uploaded follows the platform’s rules and regulations. • Providing constructive feedbacks to all the reviews and enhancing the published policy to improve the overall quality submissions. • Maintaining and guaranteeing the safety, reliability and positive online environment. • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in transactions • Perform regular data scrubbing for Personal Identifiable Information and clean-up tasks. • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity

-Conducts monthly inventory of supplies and schedule requisition forms of each department. -Prepare requisition form for ordering supplies. -Assist employee for their service ticket and reservation, assigning and scheduling company drivers
