Most people think being a Media Buyer just means delivering leads right away. What they don't see is the research and strategy that happens before a campaign even launches — long before it's tested to see if it becomes a winner.
That's where I spend most of my time. Before running any ad, I dig into:
The product/service — understanding what's actually being offered
The target audience — who they are and what makes them tick
Creative hooks — what will actually stop them mid-scroll
Placement strategy — where the ad should show up to perform best
From there, I study how to convert them — including the conversion location itself, so the process feels seamless and people don't get discouraged from filling out a form. I also set up the right automation to capture every lead that comes in, and identify who needs to be retargeted.
None of this is guesswork — it's a deliberate, researched process.
To sharpen this further, I started a self-initiated ongoing project to explore different angles of this process and build a full-funnel automation system for tracking performance end-to-end. I'm currently exploring an integration of Zapier, Calendly, and
