I have been using AutoCAD since my college years, where I initially applied my skills to earn extra income by creating detailed design and drafting works. I have over 7 years of experience using SketchUp Pro for 3D modeling, architectural visualization, and design presentation. Since 2018, I have utilized this software to create detailed and accurate models for residential houses, commercial spaces, and structural layouts. My expertise includes developing conceptual designs, generating precise measurements, and integrating models with rendering tools such as Lumion and Enscape to produce realistic visual outputs. Lumion Pro was the first rendering software I learned and used to create highly realistic 3D renderings and architectural visualizations. Through this tool, I was able to transform conceptual designs into lifelike and immersive presentations that effectively communicate the project’s vision. Using Enscape, I help clients visualize the final outcome of their structures before construction begins, giving them a clear understanding of design elements such as materials, lighting, and spatial relationships. This capability not only enhances client satisfaction but also supports better design decisions, ensuring that every project result stays true to their goals and expectations.

Bluebeam Revu is the software I use for estimating the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects. It allows me to perform accurate quantity takeoffs directly from digital drawings, ensuring precision and efficiency in cost estimation. With its advanced measurement tools, I can easily identify, mark up, and calculate material requirements for architectural, structural, and finishing works. Using Bluebeam Revu helps streamline the estimating process, minimize errors, and produce well-documented and reliable cost reports that support project planning and budgeting.

STAAD Pro is the software I use for analyzing and designing the structural integrity of buildings and other civil engineering projects. It allows me to perform detailed calculations on loads, stresses, and support conditions to ensure that the structure can safely withstand various forces, including those caused by wind, earthquakes, and other natural events.
