Profile Description

I have been in the travel industry for more than 7 years and has handled airline global distribution system (GDS) specifically, Amadeus Vista and Sellco (Flights only), Worldspan and now Sabre Red 360. I have already arranged countless itineraries, recommended trips to book and provided excellent quality customer service.
I have booked travel for both leisure and corporate travelers every time they seek assistance in building their trips, amending their reservations (names, schedules, etc.). Called airlines to negotiate and relay important and factual details for the reasons of cancelling and changing both voluntary and involuntary.
I am also a TICO certificate holder which exclusively provided for travel agents that handles Canada travels, as this is a requirement to book trips from/to/via Canada.
I am also adept in handling complex calls specially when decisions are needed, able to work under pressure and to remain calm and focus whenever frustrated customers/clients reach out as their request/preferences were not met.

In addition, I am open to any field of works as I am actively looking for a better work experience not only related to travel.
I am eager to learn and adapt to the new learning as it will help me grow choose the path about career growth.
