I am an experienced, innovative, results-driven, and passionate individual with more than 10 years of professional experience in the BPO and IT- BPM industry, which includes 4 years of customer service and technical support experience, and more than 5 years in the leadership and managerial positions. 15 years of collective experience in helping church and small businesses with technical set up and digital innovations including but not limited to social media moderation, graphics and visuals, and content posting.
A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified and has experienced leading and working with various stockholders and department leaders in different process improvement initiatives. Managed a cluster of 8-10 Supervisors and up to 120 employees supporting different line of businesses. Experienced leading and facilitating weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews together with the business owners. Skilled and proficient in handling customer service-related demands, while maintaining green performance and good client relationship.
