I am a detail-oriented 4th-year Accountancy student with a strong foundation in financial reporting and bookkeeping. Driven by a commitment to excellence, I recently ranked 2nd in our program's qualifying examination.
To complement my academic background, I actively seek out practical skills and technical training. I recently acquired the Intuit QuickBooks Certification Level 1 and Level 2, where I was able to learn the basics of QuickBooks, know the key principles for using sales receipts, and invoices, manage expenses, make reports, and more. I am also a TESDA National Certificate III (NCIII) holder in Bookkeeping and recently earned a certification in Smartbooks and Power BI Accounting Information Systems with Analytics.
My core competencies include:
- Preparing financial statements and recording journal entries
- Maintaining general ledgers and bank reconciliations
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Smartbooks, and Power BI for accurate financial reporting and data visualization
I am highly responsible and eager to learn new tools to broaden my capabilities. I look forward to opportunities where I can leverage my blend of traditional accounting knowledge and modern analytical skills to contribute effectively to a dynamic team.
