Data Entry Specialist

I used Google Sheets extensively as a Freelance Data Entry Specialist to organize, clean, and manage client data. Tasks included updating spreadsheets, tracking progress, and ensuring data accuracy for administrative and e-commerce-related projects. I’m comfortable using formulas, data validation, and basic functions to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity.

I worked as a Freelance Data Entry Specialist from November 2024 to May 2025 under a subcontracting arrangement via Upwork. My responsibilities included accurate and timely data entry, administrative support, and assisting with project coordination using tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and Shopify. I also handled basic data tasks while running a small printing business, managing customer files and order details using Google Suite and Canva. These roles enhanced my attention to detail, organization, and ability to deliver quality work on time.

During my internship at LexMeet, Inc., I contributed to website development for SMEs using ReactJS. I was responsible for front-end tasks, including UI components and styling with SASS and React Bootstrap. This experience gave me practical exposure to React workflows, component-based architecture, and Agile development practices.

I used Canva regularly for graphic tasks while operating a small printing business, including designing IDs, simple layouts for school projects, and document formatting. I also utilized Canva for freelance and academic tasks that required clean, visually engaging materials. This experience strengthened my eye for detail, layout design, and ability to create graphics that meet client needs efficiently.
