Profile Description

I’m a Mining Engineering professional with hands-on experience in field operations, combined with recent work in digital marketing and client services. My background has allowed me to develop both technical problem-solving skills and the ability to manage people, processes, and client expectations effectively.

In my engineering experience, I’ve been involved in site-related tasks, coordination, and ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently. This helped me build a strong sense of discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Alongside this, I’ve also worked as a Client Services Manager supporting digital marketing operations. I handle day-to-day client coordination, including managing emails, calendars, CRM systems, and task tracking. I also assist with keyword research, campaign support, and the preparation of proposals and documents for internal review. Part of my role is making sure all client requests are followed through and properly coordinated with the team.

I’m comfortable working remotely, managing multiple responsibilities, and adapting to different types of work environments. I’m currently looking for opportunities where I can apply both my technical background and my experience in digital marketing and client support.
