Hi! I’m Czarina, but you can call me Czes. I’m an entry-level Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with a strong interest in content strategy, audience engagement, and organized online support.

While I’m still growing in the industry, I’ve already completed hands-on training and internship projects focused on social media management, content creation, scheduling, Canva design, engagement support, and content planning.

I enjoy helping businesses stay active online through well-planned content, simple but effective visuals, and audience-focused communication. I’m especially interested in research, competitor analysis, and understanding what makes content connect naturally with people instead of just posting for the sake of posting.

My strongest skills are content planning, engagement support, research, and keeping workflows organized behind the scenes. I’m also comfortable learning new systems and adapting to different workflows as needed.

I’m currently expanding my skills through GoHighLevel training, including funnels, automations, and client management systems.

While I may still be building experience in the online industry, I take communication, deadlines, and reliability seriously. I’m the type of person who’s willing to learn fast, improve continuously, and grow into a long-term support role for the right client.
