- Assist in executing the financial statement close process (FSCP) by analyzing and reconciling accounts, preparing adjusting entries in collaboration with the AP and AR teams, and ensuring accurate posting in the accounting system.

- Review and ensure that invoices processed are accurate, authorized, and settled timely and in accordance with the company policy.
- Ensure that supplier concerns and payment follow ups are addressed accordingly.
- Prepare reconciliation with the suppliers.
- Oversee the daily transactions of the Accounts Payable Analysts.
- Monthly financial statement close process including reconciliation of related accounts and transactions and posting of journal entries.
- Monthly reports such as AP Aging Reports and Schedules and Input Vat Schedule to statutory reports.
- Participate in the implementation of tasks such as but not limited to process improvement, and complying internal audit findings.
