I am an IT graduate. I am proficient in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Google Drive ( Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets), and keeping an eye to detail to provide excellent performance.

I am an Experienced E-commerce VA for 2 years, whereinto answer all customers inquiry regarding the product details, price, and more information, placing orders to website store, checking order status, refunds, replacements, and reshipments.

I managed several FB pages, responds to customer queries, hiding and deleting bad comments and ---------- ed Facebook, Manychat, Zendesk, and Pancake for answering tickets and access Shopify for looking up process orders, changing product quantity, cancellation of orders, and putting notes for order reservations.

I'm hardworking and can work with good ethics. Open to exploring and learning new skills. My eagerness towards every project can help me to learn faster the work routine and provide positive results on time. I am seriously looking for a long-term job that leads to my personal and career growth.
