ACQUISITION/DISPOSITION
-calling landowners, making offer thru comps using either prop stream, zillow, redfin, etc...
-gathering land owners information
-create buyers list(either thru cold calling,
-acquiring legal documents( vesting deeds, Tittle, etc..)
-finding mobile notary
-Send and signed contract thru
