My work experience is more on planning and marketing department. As customer service planner I am responsible in receiving orders of our customers. Processing all the documents, negotiating all involved department in order to manufacture the items and deliver it on time to customers.
I encountered a lot of challenges with my work,especially when it comes to delayed deliveries of items. Negotiations to customers is the key to solve this kind of issue,and also with the help of top management.
