Physical Therapist

I have been a physical therapist clinician for 8 years. I have helped many clients achieve their rehabilitative and wellness goals by prescribing tailored and well-structured treatment plans. I have also gained experience doing admin assist task organizing patient records.

I first got into fitness when i was still a student physical therapist. Learning bits by bits on what works and worked best by applying the principles and concepts that I have learned in studying human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.

The scope of Health & Wellness goes beyond just having a good, aesthetic physique. Health and wellness is holistic and so the approach to improve these areas should also be. My years of being a geek about wellness and health, and fitness truly benefitted me and still benefits me everyday. My years of learning developed in me physical robustness and mental fortitude and I am at a point where I am confident I can help people achieve the same results.
