I have a strong background in real estate acquisitions as a Lead Manager and Acquisition Specialist, specializing in working with motivated sellers facing property-related challenges. My role focuses on identifying solutions that benefit both the seller and the investment team, ultimately helping facilitate property acquisitions up to underwriting approval.
I have worked with a variety of real estate investors, wholesalers, and brokerages, and I am experienced in guiding seller decisions, qualifying and filtering leads based on motivation and deal quality, and managing leads from initial contact up to end-buyer closing.
Before becoming an Acquisition Specialist, I handled multiple responsibilities including lead generation through calls and text campaigns, appointment setting for realtors, contractor coordination, and transaction coordination for properties under contract involving title companies, sellers, and buyers’ agents.
In addition, I am proficient in deal analysis, estimating rehab costs, pulling comparable sales, and determining ARV and MAO. I am highly adaptable, can work with little to no supervision, and am comfortable wearing multiple hats within a fast-paced real estate environment.
One of my biggest advantages is my access to high-quality PPC leads, which consistently produce motivated sellers actively looking for solutions.
