Bookkeeper/Accounting Staff

As a bookkeeper, my experience has been focused on maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing financial reports to management. My responsibilities have included maintaining petty cash, creating day-to-day financial statements using accounting software, and working in tandem with external auditors as needed.

I am proficient in using editing software such as Filmora and have experience with digital technology which I am familiar with various editing programs. When I was still a student, I used to do video editing by commission. So far, I earned enough money because of that and used it for my study. I possess a keen eye for detail and a critical mind, which allows me to create visually appealing and engaging content. I am passionate about film and video editing and have a strong interest in the creative aspects of the job. But when I started my research paper back then, I decided to focus on it and discontinue my video editing. But now that I graduated, I am can fully focus on my video editing skills.

Working as a graphic designer at Canva has provided me with experience in creating basic and simple graphic designs using the platform. Canva is suitable for fulfilling quick and low-value design needs, such as social media posts, presentations, and temporary posters. My skills in using Canva include proficiency in leveraging its user-friendly interface, wide range of templates, and customization options to produce visually appealing content. However, it's some challenges that I've experience is that Canva has its limitations, especially for more complex or specialized design projects, and may not be suitable for heavy-duty graphics or large projects.

As an assistant, I have experience in data encoding, which involves accurately inputting and organizing data into systems. My role required a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and exceptional typing skills. I have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and consistently. My responsibilities included accurately encoding data into the company database, and I possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask. I have a strong command of MS Office applications and familiarity with data entry software and tools. My experience as an encoder has honed my attention to detail, organizational, and data entry skills, allowing me to effectively contribute to the maintenance and organization of important information within the organization.
