Profile Description

I have taken Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing Management at Cavite State University. I have experience in Data Encoding because I work as an Encoder in Technological University of the Philippines- Cavite Campus. I was assigned at their Accounting Department for almost a year and a ---------- was a nice and knowledgeable experience being with TUPC. My previous job's responsibilities that may be related for this position includes:
• Monitoring and recording incoming Disbursement Vouchers to Finance Department
• Preparing Journal Entry Vouchers from the Reports of Checks Issued for the month.
• Preparing Check Disbursement Journal for the month.
• Preparing Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld (BIR 2307) of suppliers.
• Recording the liquidation of Cash Advances of Officers and Employees based on the total amount of
cash advance and the actual expenses incurred including the amount refunded.
• Responsible for the compilation of vouchers and other reports for the month.
• Assisting in reconciliation of accounts including tracking of records from previous years.
• Assisting in preparation of Notes to Financial Statements.
• Submitting monthly Report of Checks Issued, Liquidation, Journals to the Office of the Auditor.
• Accomplishing other general tasks as needed.  
I'm also able to do clerical/administrative tasks and other stuffs whichever you require. I am passionate about what I am doing. I am also willing to learn and undergo training to gain new skills and knowledge that will help me grow and accomplish my roles and responsibilities as a virtual assistant. I am capable of using Microsoft and Google Applications, Canva as my editing tool, and other Social Media Platforms. I am a quick-learner, organized, and a team player. I can communicate and collaborate with a team with an aim to achieve a common goal.
